Home workouts and diet plans aim to boost brain and body in older cancer survivors

Summary

This study looks at whether doing exercise and eating well at home can improve memory, thinking, and physical abilities in people aged 65 and older who have finished cancer treatment. About 1,500 cancer survivors and their support partners will take part. Some will have virtual coaching, while others will follow the program on their own.
