First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at how 12 weeks of endurance exercise affects fat tissue quality and insulin sensitivity in 70 men and women with obesity. Researchers will take small samples of fat and muscle, and use a glucose test to measure insulin response. The goal is to understand how exercise changes fat cells and metabolism at a basic level.
