Summary

This study looks at whether breathing and aerobic exercises can affect certain brain and inflammation markers in people with major depression. Researchers will measure substances linked to nerve health and inflammation in 40 adults aged 18 to 40. The goal is to understand how exercise might help ease depression symptoms.
