First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week exercise program can affect certain markers in the breast tissue and blood of premenopausal women with dense breasts. Dense breast tissue is a known risk factor for breast cancer. The goal is to understand how physical activity might influence these markers, which could help in future cancer prevention research. About 60 women who are not very active and have dense breasts will take part.
