Summary

This study tests whether aerobic exercise, alone or with a gentle brain stimulation technique called tDCS, can improve memory and attention in people with treatment-resistant schizophrenia. About 160 adults will take part in a 6-week program. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to ease cognitive problems that make daily life harder.
