First seen Jan 20, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether doing physical activity before a mild brain stimulation technique (HD-tDCS) can lower anxiety more than either approach alone. Researchers will measure anxiety levels and brain blood flow in 29 healthy adults aged 18-50. The goal is to understand how these methods might work together to calm the mind.
