Summary

This study looks at whether high or moderate intensity exercise is better for the brain in people with type 2 diabetes. 75 participants will exercise for 6 months, three times a week, and have brain scans, thinking tests, and blood draws before and after. The goal is to see how exercise affects brain metabolism, blood flow, and memory.
