Summary

This study looks at whether high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or moderate-intensity continuous exercise (like brisk walking) better improves thinking skills and physical fitness in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Sixty-eight participants will exercise three times a week for eight weeks. Researchers will measure memory, attention, and heart health before, during, and after the program.
