NCT ID NCT07476911
Summary
This study aims to see if a 12-week aerobic exercise program can help improve the immune system in older adults living in care facilities. It will involve 40 participants who will either do the exercise program or continue their usual routine. Researchers will measure immune cells, inflammation, and physical fitness to understand if exercise can partially reverse age-related immune decline.
