Summary
This study is testing if a structured exercise program can help patients who have had surgery to remove metastatic colorectal cancer from their liver. It aims to see if exercise improves physical fitness and reduces the chance of the cancer returning. The study will compare two different amounts of weekly exercise to standard care alone in 66 patients.
