NCT ID NCT05579340

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a structured exercise program, started right after surgery for colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver, can improve fitness and reduce the chance of the cancer coming back. About 66 participants will be split into three groups: standard care, standard care plus 150 minutes of exercise per week, or standard care plus 300 minutes per week. They will exercise for 6 months and be followed for up to 3 years to track cancer recurrence and survival.
