First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a regular endurance exercise program (like walking or jogging) after finishing chemotherapy can help prevent colorectal cancer from returning. About 92 adults who have completed their chemo will be randomly assigned to either an exercise group or a standard care group. The main goal is to see if exercise improves how long people stay cancer-free.
