Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week aerobic exercise program can help prevent cancer from coming back in people who have finished treatment for colon or rectal cancer. Researchers will measure changes in blood markers related to inflammation and cancer cells. The goal is to understand how exercise might improve long-term health after cancer treatment.
