First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a structured endurance exercise program, started after finishing chemotherapy, can improve outcomes for people with colorectal cancer. About 92 participants who have completed their chemo will be randomly assigned to an exercise group or a standard care group. The main goal is to see if exercise helps prevent the cancer from returning or a new cancer from developing.
