Summary

This study looks at whether a 5-week program combining aerobic and strength training can improve muscle health, body fat, physical function, and quality of life in adults who recently had weight-loss surgery. About 84 people aged 18-60 will either join the supervised exercise group or continue with standard care. The goal is to see if early exercise helps recovery and supports long-term health after surgery.
