Summary
This study looked at whether a 6-week supervised exercise program could help female breast cancer survivors stick with physical activity and improve their quality of life. Sixty-two women who had finished treatment for early-stage breast cancer took part. The program included strength, cardio, and balance exercises. Results suggest that even a short, guided program can boost emotional well-being and encourage long-term exercise habits.
