First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a program that combines structured exercise with extra daily physical activity can help older adults (60+) with chronic low back pain feel better physically and mentally. 100 participants will be split into three groups: exercise plus daily activity, exercise only, or usual care. The goal is to see if the combined approach reduces disability, anxiety, depression, and improves sleep more than exercise alone.
