Move more, hurt less: study finds activity eases back pain and boosts mood in elderly
NCT ID NCT07178561
Summary
This study is testing whether a program combining structured exercises with encouragement for daily physical activity can help older adults with long-term low back pain. Researchers will compare this combined approach to exercise alone and to usual care. They aim to see which method best reduces pain-related disability and improves mental health and sleep quality.
