New study aims to Fine-Tune brain metastasis treatment with smart radiation timing

Summary
This study is for people with brain metastases that are considered low-risk and who are receiving systemic therapy (like targeted drugs or immunotherapy) that can reach the brain. Researchers want to see if adding precise radiation (stereotactic radiosurgery) at the right time can better control the disease. About 316 adults will take part, and the goal is to improve disease control, not to cure the cancer.
