New hope for Tough-to-Treat childhood bone cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a drug called abemaciclib to standard chemotherapy (irinotecan and temozolomide) is better at controlling Ewing's sarcoma that has returned or stopped responding to treatment. It involves about 46 children and young adults. The main goal is to see if the new combination helps keep the cancer from growing for a longer period.
