First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a new device called the Edwards EVOQUE eos mitral valve replacement system in 123 people with a leaky mitral valve who are too high-risk for open-heart surgery. The goal is to see if the device is safe and works well to control the disease. Participants receive the new valve through a thin tube (catheter), avoiding a major operation.
