First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new drug, EVOLVE104, in about 160 people with advanced bladder cancer or several types of squamous cell cancer (lung, esophagus, skin, and others). Participants must have already tried standard treatments or be unable to take them. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors.
