Summary

This study tests a fully automated insulin pump system (Omnipod M) in 350 adults with type 2 diabetes who already use insulin. The pump adjusts insulin delivery automatically based on continuous glucose monitor readings, aiming to improve blood sugar control and reduce the need for manual dosing. Participants will be monitored for 26 weeks, with the control group switching to the pump after the main study period.
