New tool aims to cut risky meds for older veterans in nursing homes

Summary
This study tests a new tool called EVOLV-Rx to help doctors reduce unnecessary or risky medications in older veterans living in community living centers. About 1,161 veterans aged 65 and older will take part. The goal is to see if the tool can safely lower the number of unneeded prescriptions and improve overall care.
