Summary
This study tested the Evolut PRO system, a replacement heart valve, in 638 patients with severe aortic valve stenosis who were at high or intermediate risk for open-heart surgery. The goal was to see how safe and effective the valve is in real-world hospital settings over five years. Researchers tracked survival, valve performance, complications, and patients' quality of life.
