This pilot study tests whether adding evolocumab (a drug used for high cholesterol) to standard care can quickly lower very high triglycerides in people with pancreatitis caused by high triglycerides. The trial will enroll 40 adults and measure triglyceride levels after 3 and 7 days. The goal is to see if this combination can reduce the risk of severe pancreatitis.
