Summary
This study tested whether a Spanish pressure injury risk scale, called EVARUCI, works well in Turkish intensive care units. Researchers translated it and checked its accuracy in 100 adult ICU patients without existing bedsores. The goal was to give nurses a reliable way to spot patients at risk and prevent painful pressure injuries.
