Summary
This study is a research registry for 40 adults with long-lasting, severe pain who plan to use an FDA-approved spinal cord stimulator (Evoke System). The goal is to collect data on how well the device works, how easy it is to program, and how it affects pain, sleep, mood, and daily activities. Participants will use the device as part of their normal care while researchers track their progress.
