New combo aims to shrink melanomas that outsmart standard therapy

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab, in people with advanced melanoma that has worsened after standard treatments. The goal is to see if this combo can shrink tumors. About 60 adults with unresectable stage III or IV melanoma will take part. The approach targets a protein called Nectin4 found on melanoma cells and boosts the immune system.
