Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called Euglycem, when added to a recommended diet, can help lower blood sugar levels in people with prediabetes (dysglycemia). It will compare the supplement plus diet to diet alone over three months. The goal is to see if this approach can help control blood sugar and potentially prevent progression to type 2 diabetes.
