New drug targets Hard-to-Treat cancers with PIK3CA mutation

Summary
This study tests a new drug called ETX-636 for people with advanced solid tumors (like breast cancer) that have a specific change in the PIK3CA gene. The drug is given alone or with another cancer medicine. The goal is to see if it is safe and helps shrink tumors. About 233 adults whose cancer has worsened after other treatments will take part.
