Summary

This study tests a new drug called etrinabdione in 30 adults with peripheral arterial disease (PAD), a condition where leg arteries narrow, causing pain while walking. Participants take the drug twice daily for 12 months to see if it is safe and if it improves blood flow and walking ability. The trial starts with a low dose and moves to a higher dose if the low dose is safe after 3 months.
