Summary

This study aims to find a safe and effective dose of a new drug called Etrinabdione for people with peripheral arterial disease (PAD), which causes poor blood flow and pain in the legs. It will involve 30 adults with moderate to severe PAD who will take the drug twice daily for a year. The main goals are to check for side effects and see if the drug improves blood flow, walking ability, and quality of life.
