Summary

This study aims to see how well the medication etrasimod works for adults with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis in everyday, real-world settings. It will follow 300 patients for one year as they take the drug as part of their standard care. The main goal is to measure how many patients achieve remission of key symptoms like frequent bowel movements and rectal bleeding.
