First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study aimed to see if adding etrasimod to standard steroid treatment could reduce the need for steroids in people with moderate to severe diarrhea and colon inflammation caused by immune checkpoint inhibitors (cancer immunotherapies). The trial was planned for adults with advanced cancer who were on certain immunotherapy drugs. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
