Summary
This study aims to understand the experiences of people from ethnic minority backgrounds when accessing healthcare services at home or in community centers. Researchers will interview community members and healthcare providers to identify barriers and find ways to make these services more accessible and supportive. The goal is to gather insights to help reduce health inequalities and improve care delivery for diverse populations.
