Summary
This study looked at whether a special ethics and morals course could help newly graduated nurses feel more dedicated to their work and improve their patient care skills. 120 new nurses at one hospital took part. Some got the extra ethics training, while others had standard training only. The study measured their sense of mission, caring abilities, and test scores.
