Summary
This study tests whether a single dose of a nasal spray called ETH47 can reduce asthma symptoms caused by a common cold virus (rhinovirus). Fifty adults with stable asthma will receive either the spray or a placebo and then be exposed to the virus in a controlled setting. Researchers will track lower respiratory symptoms over time to see if the drug helps.
