Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new oral vaccine (dmLT) designed to protect against diarrhea caused by a harmful type of E. coli. About 36 healthy adults aged 18-45 will receive one of four vaccine doses. Researchers will monitor safety, side effects, and immune response over about 8 months.
