First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at how the body handles a single dose of the experimental drug etavopivat in people with mild, moderate, or severe liver problems compared to those with healthy livers. 48 adults took one pill by mouth and were monitored for about a week. The goal is to understand safety and how the drug moves through the body, not to treat any condition.
