Summary

This study tests if etanercept, a drug that blocks inflammation, can reduce pain and disease activity in people with SAPHO syndrome. About 60 adults who haven't improved with standard treatments will receive either etanercept or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug helps at least half of participants feel significantly better.
