Can hormone therapy protect the hearts of women with early menopause?
NCT ID NCT06866119
Summary
This study aims to see if six months of estrogen replacement therapy improves markers of heart health in women with primary ovarian insufficiency (early menopause). Researchers will measure blood vessel function and other health markers in 45 women before and after starting standard hormone therapy. The results will be compared to healthy women without early menopause to understand the potential heart benefits of treatment.
