Skin patch vs. pill: the battle to build stronger bones

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to give estrogen to young women with a condition called Functional Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (FHA) to improve their bone strength and prevent fractures. Researchers will compare a natural estrogen skin patch, a natural estrogen pill, and a synthetic birth control patch over one year. The goal is to see which method is most effective at building bone density and structure in 150 participants aged 14-25.
