Summary
This study tested a mobile app called esTOCma to see if it helps teachers learn more about Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), reduce negative attitudes, and feel more confident helping students who may have OCD. 175 primary and secondary school teachers took part. One group used the app for 10 days, while the other group did nothing. The researchers measured changes in knowledge, stigma, and confidence before and after.
