New hope for shaky hands? experimental drug targets brain chemistry

Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called BP1.4979 can reduce shaking in adults with essential tremor. About 50 participants will take either the real drug or a placebo pill twice a day for four weeks. Researchers will compare the two groups to see if the drug is effective and safe for controlling tremor symptoms.
