First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests a text message program for first-time parents in Nova Scotia. For 6 weeks after birth, parents receive texts with tips on baby care and coping. Researchers want to see if this boosts confidence and lowers anxiety, depression, and stress. About 332 parents will be split into two groups: one gets the texts, the other does not.
