Summary
This study is monitoring the real-world safety and effectiveness of the Esprit BTK device, a small, dissolving scaffold placed in leg arteries. It aims to improve blood flow in patients with severe leg pain or non-healing wounds caused by blocked arteries below the knee. The goal is to see if the device helps keep arteries open and reduces the need for future procedures or limb loss.
