Summary
This study looked at whether a special nerve block (erector spinae plane block) can help reduce pain after lower back surgery. 102 adults were randomly assigned to receive either the nerve block or standard pain treatment. The goal was to see if the block leads to less pain, less need for strong painkillers, and faster recovery.
