Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug iparomlimab after standard chemoradiation can help older adults (70+) with inoperable esophageal cancer live longer without their cancer growing. About 52 participants will receive chemoradiation followed by one year of iparomlimab. The goal is to improve outcomes while keeping side effects manageable.
