Summary
This study is testing whether combining a drug called TAS-102 with radiation therapy is safe and effective for elderly patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer. The goal is to control the cancer and improve survival rates. The research will first find the safest dose of the drug and then see how well the combination works for 45 participants.
