Summary

This study compared two medications, esomeprazole and vonoprazan, to see which provides better relief for people with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). A total of 824 adults aged 18 to 65 with GERD took part. The main goal was to measure how many patients achieved sufficient symptom relief with each drug.
